The New Casper Cartoon Show is an animated television series based on the Harvey Comics cartoon character Casper the Friendly Ghost. The show was created in 1963 by Harvey Comics after the company bought the rights of the character in 1959. The show features all the old shorts animated by Famous Studio Cartoons and 26 new episodes animated by Paramount. These new shorts are usually referred to as Harveytoons.

This show was planned as soon Harvey bought the rights of Casper the Friendly Ghost from Paramount Pictures and marks the first television production of the company with the character, they produced 26 new episodes through all of them originally ran in the first 1963–1964 season
The new segments were directed by one of Casper's creators, Seymour Reit, also best known by for his work for Famous Studio's Popeye the Sailor TV series. All the voices in the episodes were performed by only two voice actors: Norma MacMillan, who voiced Casper, Wendy and all the female characters and Bradley Bolke, voiced the Ghostly Trio and all the male characters.
Several episodes are available to view for free on youtube, as part of the official Casper the Friendly Ghost youtube Channel.
The show ran for just one season and it was followed by Hanna-Barbera's show Casper and the Angels in 1980, the second production of Harvey Comics with the Casper character.

15 | Super Spook | Casper's lookalike - but big and muscular - cousin Powerhouse drops by for a visit, and they team up to scare the Ghostly Trio into ending their bullying ways. |

23 | The Witching Hour | The Evil Witch had cast a spell on Wendy's house and they ran away. Casper will end the witching hour til everything is back to normal. |
