Snivel is Kibosh's bumbling sidekick who first appeared as the secondary antagonist in the 1997 direct-to-video feature Casper: A Spirited Beginning and a minor antagonist the 2000 animated direct-to-video feature Casper's Haunted Christmas. He is voiced by Pauly Shore in Casper: A Spirited Beginning and Lee Tockar in Casper's Haunted Christmas. He appears to be a minor antagonist in the Casper franchise.
